For shoe colors – I think either a brown that accents the brown in the dress or a pink or gold shoe (depending upon the metal type of your jewelry).

For jewelry – pearls or crystals work. There are so many colors that you can match your gown up when you find a shop that uses Swarovski brand pearls and crystals. Some good pearl colors are powder rose, deep brown or brown. Some good crystal colors for your color scheme are mocca, light rose, rose, smoke topaz.
